I love the title of this book! It’s not about the coffee: Lessons on Putting People First from a Life at Starbucks. I love their mission statement- ‘“To inspire and nurture the human spirit – one person, one cup, and one neighborhood at a time” – That’s what is what Life at Starbucks Coffee is all about!

Can you imagine going to work each day with a mission like this one- to inspire the human spirit! Everytime I visit into Starbucks I am treated with such respect. This is why I return. The employees seem to care who I am  and what I like to drink.  They really do put people first.
